Project Manager

A growing, multidisciplinary consultancy based in Oxford is looking to appoint a motivated Project Manager to join their expanding Project Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager seeking to advance their career in a commercially focused and fast-paced environment. The consultancy offers broad sector exposure, structured development, and the chance for a Project Manager to be involved in the full project lifecycle.

The Project Manager will support the delivery of varied construction projects, taking ownership of project documentation, reporting, and client liaison. As a Project Manager, you will attend and chair meetings, produce reports at relevant project stages, and work closely with clients and multidisciplinary design teams. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys working within a collaborative team and is ready to take the next step in responsibility and progression.

The Project Manager’s role
The successful Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of construction projects, while supporting the wider team in developing business opportunities and maintaining client relationships. Key tasks include feasibility studies, site surveys, contractor monitoring, and identifying innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

You’ll also begin to develop the leadership and communication skills required to act as a single point of contact for clients, driving project outcomes and ensuring deadlines and expectations are met throughout.

The Project Manager

• Demonstrable construction project management experience

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Degree in a construction-related discipline preferred

• Confident presenting and producing client-facing documentation

• Self-motivated, commercially aware, and team-oriented

• Working towards or keen to pursue:

  • MRICS

  • MCIOB

  • MAPM

  • PRINCE2
