As a key Project Manager within the team, you will lead the delivery of commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. The role also offers the opportunity to work alongside and support the growth of junior Project Managers, making this an ideal step for a Senior Project Manager ready to move into an Associate-level role. The Associate Project Manager’s role

The Associate Project Manager

The ideal Associate Project Manager will have:

• RICS accreditation (essential)

• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar

• Previous experience delivering commercial fit-out projects in London

• Strong understanding of the occupier-led project market

• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

• Proven ability to manage clients, budgets, and deadlines
