Senior Project Manager

A highly respected independent project and cost management consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing Property & Construction division, based in London. With a wide range of high-profile schemes across sectors such as Commercial, Life Sciences, Retail, Higher Education, Healthcare and Industrial, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking to play a key role in the delivery of complex and varied construction projects.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working and long-term career development. The Senior Project Manager will take the lead on projects from inception through to completion, managing new builds and refurbishments ranging in value from £1m to £200m.

The Senior Project Manager’s role

The Senior Project Manager will act as the project lead on multiple, large-scale developments, ensuring delivery is achieved to time, budget and quality expectations. You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing stakeholder engagement across all RIBA stages.

This position requires a confident communicator and natural leader, capable of influencing decision-making and providing clients with expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager will ensure seamless delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across London and the South East.

To be considered for this Senior Project Manager role, you will need:

• Proven experience delivering construction projects of £20m+ as project lead
• Experience working in a consultancy or client-side capacity
• Demonstrable experience working across all RIBA stages
• A relevant degree in Construction Project Management or a related discipline
• Chartered status or membership with APM, RICS, CIOB or similar
