The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in projects of diverse values, encompassing housing, regeneration, education, commercial, care, and health sectors.

This adept Senior Construction Project Manager will seamlessly integrate into the cost consultancy, project management, and employer’s agent group. They will proactively lead their assigned projects, fostering close collaboration with internal and external partners.

Furthermore, they will contribute to the development of junior team members through training and mentoring initiatives.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Project Management or related degree.
• MRICS/MAPM chartered or working towards
• Previous experience working in a consultancy, ideally on a varied workoad
• Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Proficient IT skill and communication skills
