A dedicated and growing Construction Consultancy are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in the vibrant city of London

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will have the exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to industry-leading projects spanning the entire region. These projects encompass diverse sectors such as commercial, retail, education, and have a substantial focus on science and technology ventures.

On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Construction Project Manager will shoulder the responsibility of overseeing complex and demanding construction projects from their initial inception through to successful completion. This role will entail navigating the initial RIBA stages and developing strategic project programs to ensure the project’s overall success.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Construction/Project Management related degree or equivalent
• Ideally Chartered through RICS, CIOB or APM, or hold the aim to achieve
• Previous experience working as a Senior PM for a Consultancy
• Extensive knowledge working on large-scale Real Estate projects
• Proficient in client communication.
