Project Manager
Overview
A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in construction consultancy to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use developments across the capital.
The Project Manager will be involved in the full project lifecycle from feasibility through to completion, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The Project Manager’s role
The successful Project Manager will take ownership of various construction projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the highest standards of delivery. The role will involve contract administration, risk management, client liaison, and cost control. Experience with JCT and NEC contracts will be highly beneficial.
The Project Manager

Degree qualified in Construction Project Management or a related discipline

Ideally Chartered (MRICS, MAPM or working towards)

Previous experience working in a consultancy environment

Proven track record of managing construction projects across commercial, residential or mixed-use sectors

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Strong understanding of project lifecycle and contract administration
