As Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering schemes across:

• Passivhaus and carbon retrofit projects for top Cambridge Colleges

• Commercial refurbishments and cut & carve developments

• New build sports and leisure facilities

• Heritage-led new builds and sensitive restorations

• Estate upgrades for leading independent schools

What we’re looking for in a Project Manager:

• Strong consultancy-side experience as a Project Manager

• Ability to manage multiple commercial or education-led schemes

• BSc/MSc in a construction or project management-related subject

• Ideally MRICS / MCIOB / PRINCE2 / APMP

• Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness
