A dynamic, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their established Southampton team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative and forward-thinking cost consultancy team, leading on pre and post-contract duties across a variety of residential schemes. This role offers exposure to all aspects of project delivery, including contract administration and cost management, with an emphasis on delivering best-in-class service for their clients.
In addition to residential developments, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will also have the opportunity to work across Commercial, Arts & Leisure, and Education sectors, ensuring a varied and engaging workload.
This position is ideal for an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a leadership position and take ownership of projects, client relationships, and junior team mentoring.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
- MRICS qualified
- Familiarity with Employers Agent and Contract Administration duties (advantageous).
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
- Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Comfortable commuting to Southampton.
