Associate Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with a strong creative flair is seeking a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team.

This is a rare opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor who’s hungry for progression, with a clear and achievable route to Director firmly on the table.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

Based a short stroll from London Bridge, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will become a pivotal member of a 15-strong team delivering prestigious projects across luxury hotels, high-end residential, commercial, retail, and rail sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor who enjoys variety – blending traditional Quantity Surveying duties with Contract Administration and occasional Project Management support when required. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will also play a key role in client engagement and fee generation, supporting the consultancy’s continued growth.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

You will ideally have:

• MRICS
• Strong Quantity Surveying background with UK Consultancies
• Strong pre & post contract knowledge
• Confident in client-facing scenarios and business development
• Ability to oversea Contract Administration and/or Project Management
