Associate Quantity Surveyor

An established and forward-thinking construction consultancy with over 250 professionals across five UK offices is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Central London team near Liverpool Street.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

This consultancy is known for its multi-disciplinary offering and long-standing client relationships with residential developers, universities, local authorities, and NHS Trusts. You’ll lead major projects (£1m-£300m+), mentor junior staff, and play a key role in client engagement, delivery, and team growth.

Recent projects include:

• High-rise BTR developments
• State-of-the-art school campuses
• Complex healthcare and life sciences facilities
• Mixed-use commercial schemes across the South East

This is a career-defining role for an Associate QS ready to step into a key leadership position in a thriving office with a clear pathway to Director.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• Confident running projects independently from inception to completion
• Excellent Pre and Post contract experience
• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a UK Consultancy
• Ideally MRICS or currently pursuing
• Experience and ability working in a client facing role
• Mentorship & management of a small team
