Associate Quantity Surveyor

A close knit but ambitious Boutique Property & Construction Consultancy in London is seeking an equally ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to enhance their team and help take the company to the next level.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business. Working closely with the three hands-on Directors, you’ll manage high-profile projects, develop client relationships, and help expand the company’s workstreams across commercial, fit-out, refurbishment, and high-end residential sectors.

With a strong client base, a healthy project pipeline, and a family-feel environment, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the company and fast-track to Director level in just a few years.

You’ll mentor and support a small but experienced team while being mentored yourself by the current Directors. With a clear path to Director level in 3-5 years, this is an unparalleled opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a consultancy at a transformative stage in its journey.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS
• A strong background in PQS/Consultancy environments
• Excellent Pre and Post Contract experience
• Client facing, professional demeanour
• The desire to be hands on within a small business, grow a team and get involved in Business Development
