The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This thriving consultancy, known for delivering excellence across the UK, is expanding its talented team with the addition of a confident and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in leading contract administration and cost management on a range of residential projects – from high-end housing to multi-unit schemes. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of professionals who value collaboration, continuous development, and shared success.

Alongside residential work, you’ll gain exposure to Commercial, Arts & Leisure, and Education sectors, ensuring no two days are the same. It’s the perfect platform for a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to progress to Associate Director level, with structured career development and genuine promotion prospects on offer.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

  • MRICS qualified or currently working towards
  • At least 5 years of PQS/Consultancy experience.
  • Familiarity with Employers Agent and Contract Administration duties (advantageous).
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
  • Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Comfortable commuting to Southampton.
