A progressive, independent Project and Cost Consultancy, are looking for a confident and career-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, based in the heart of London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors’ role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to step into a pivotal role within a thriving consultancy of around 35 professionals, supported by 8 longstanding and highly experienced Directors.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take a leading role in the successful delivery of student accommodation and commercial schemes, with additional exposure to residential projects. As the business continues to grow, there is scope to work across a broad range of sectors including life sciences, mixed-use developments, hospitality, and leisure – ensuring continued project variety and challenge.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
- Ideally MRICS, or actively working towards
- UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
- Varied sector / project experience is beneficial
- Strong pre & post contract experience
