The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of 35 professionals, including 24 Quantity Surveyors. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including health, education, commercial, retail, and leisure projects. Your responsibilities will include delivering top-tier pre and post-cost management services, from feasibility through to handover, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• MRICS
• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
• Pre and post contract experience
• A successful track record of running projects to completion
