Senior Quantity Surveyor

A respected and well-established construction consultancy, with a strong nationwide presence, is seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team based near Farringdon Station.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

With five offices strategically placed across the UK, this forward-thinking consultancy offers the incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor exposure to a broad range of high-profile projects across the Hotel, Leisure, Residential, Heritage, Industrial, Education, Commercial, and Retail sectors – typically ranging in value from £1m to £120m.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially take the lead on three exciting hotel schemes:

• A £28m new-build development
• Two hotel conversion projects in Central London with a combined construction value of £50m

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

You will ideally have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Strong pre and post contract experience with the ability to lead projects from inception to completion
• Hotel, Residential or Student Accommodation experience is highly desirable
