The Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage projects from £1m to £100m+, working closely with prestigious clients across high-end residential, boutique hotels, commercial offices, and healthcare. You’ll lead projects from inception to completion, oversee both pre- and post-contract stages, and mentor junior team members.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
- Client-focused professional with strong leadership qualities
- MRICS ideally or currently working towards
- Comprehensive experience in managing both pre- and post-contract stages
- Strong Quantity Surveying background in UK consultancy
- A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
