The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be stepping into a leadership role, managing projects from inception to completion while mentoring junior surveyors and working closely with key clients. Reporting to the Associate Director, you’ll oversee cost management, contract administration, and risk management, ensuring successful project delivery.

With a collaborative and social team of 16 professionals (split between Quantity Surveying and Project Management), you’ll be part of a business that values teamwork and career growth.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Strong experience working for a UK consultancy in a Quantity Surveying role
  • A proven track record of leading projects independently
  • Excellent pre & post-contract knowledge
  • Residential sector experience (highly desirable)
  • The confidence to manage clients and mentor junior team members
