The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a key part of their specialist Residential team, a thriving group of 70 experts, you’ll take a leadership role in delivering some of London’s most exciting and complex projects. You’ll work across a diverse range of schemes, including:

• High-rise residential developments
• Luxury hotels
• Major refurbishments & repurposing projects
• Student accommodation

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
• MRICS qualification (essential)
• Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK construction consultancy
• A proven track record of successfully delivering projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)
• Significant Residential sector experience (high-rise projects highly desirable)
• Experience managing junior surveyors and leading project teams
