Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established and expanding Quantity Surveying consultancy, with 11 offices nationwide, is searching for a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors’ role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading consultancy that has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors, including Residential, Logistics, Office, Healthcare, Government, Higher Education, and Retail.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be at the forefront of these projects, managing both client relationships and project teams to deliver outstanding results.

Your role will encompass managing projects from inception to completion, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to the overall growth of the Manchester office.

This role allows you to step into a leadership position with a clear pathway to Associate Director. You’ll be working with forward-thinking Partners who are deeply invested in your professional development and career progression.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• A Quantity Surveying degree, RICS accredited
• Ideally qualified with MRICS
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Experience within a consultancy environment if preferred
