The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This isn’t just another job-it’s a stepping stone to an Associate role and beyond. You’ll be part of a talented team of 30 professionals, working on diverse, exciting projects across sectors including:

• Industrial
• Office Fit-Outs
• Residential
• Commercial

Your focus will be on Occupier Fit-Outs and Refurbishments, managing projects from inception to completion, building key client relationships, and playing a pivotal role in growing the London team.

About You

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• MRICS accreditation, or be eager to complete it.
• Proven experience in Quantity Surveying with a UK consultancy.
• Strong pre- and post-contract skills.
• The ability to lead a small team, with ambitions to grow it further.
• A successful track record of delivering projects from start to finish.
• A passion for progression, with the drive to step into an Associate role in the near future.
