The Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll join a collaborative team of six, including three hands-on Directors who are committed to mentoring and supporting their staff. Specialising in the commercial, fit-out, and refurbishment markets, this consultancy also delivers prestigious high-end residential projects in London, offering you the chance to work on some truly exciting schemes.

With the Directors eager to expand their workstreams, grow the team, and take the business to new heights, you’ll be at the forefront of these plans. This is more than just a job; it’s a succession opportunity. Within 3-5 years, you could step into a Director role, shaping the future of the business and leading it to further success.

About You

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
• Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
• A successful track record leading projects inception to completion and the ability to hit the ground running
• Client facing
• MRICS is highly desirable but not a must
• Previous fit out/refurbishment/commercial experience is desirable

What’s on Offer?

• £65,000 – £75,000
