An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join a fast-growing consultancy based in Central London. Working from a vibrant Covent Garden office, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of high-value residential schemes for high-net-worth private clients across London and the South East.

The successful Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing bespoke projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of delivery, client satisfaction, and commercial success.

This is a permanent position ideal for a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager looking to progress within a supportive and ambitious consultancy. The Senior Project Manager’s role

The Senior Project Manager will lead on a portfolio of high-end residential projects, taking full ownership of programme delivery, client liaison, and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving project success through effective programme management and procurement planning
• Conducting regular site visits and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders
• Managing financial performance and reporting to Directors
• Overseeing project handovers and addressing any client issues with professionalism
• Supporting health and safety compliance and sustainability initiatives
• Contributing to business development through relationship-building and marketing efforts

The Senior Project Manager

The ideal Senior Project Manager will bring:

• Proven experience managing residential construction projects, ideally in the high-end or bespoke sector
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a client-first approach
• Solid knowledge of programme delivery, procurement, and financial management
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar professional qualifications would be ideal
• A full UK driving licence
