An established chartered surveying and property consultancy are looking for a proactive Senior Building Surveyor to join their new Leeds office.

Due to continued success, this particular consultancy are looking to develop a new office in Leeds and require a determined Senior Building Surveyor to support this growth.

This unique opportunity offers the Senior Building Surveyor the chance to independently manage a diverse portfolio of exciting projects, working across a myriad of sectors including commercial, leisure, education, government and retail.

The Senior Building Surveyor

The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally have extensive experience behind them, both project and professional, within a similar consultancy environment.

• MRICS qualification is ideal
• Business development or team management experience is a bonus
• An ambitious, proactive and professional individual
• Able to work independently and autonomously
