The Senior Building Surveyors’ role
This exciting opportunity will see the Senior Building Surveyor take the lead on a portfolio of prestigious education and university projects, with a strong focus on multi-million-pound refurbishment and new build schemes.
The role offers significant responsibility, including the delivery of project management and contract administration services from inception to completion.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a forward-thinking consultancy that champions professional development, offering a clear and structured pathway for career progression in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualification is preferred
- Previous experience within a similar consultancy environment
- Experience across the education sector is beneficial but not essential
- Project delivery experience is key
- Confident and client-facing individual
