This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor looking to work on an impressive portfolio of projects with diverse clients.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will engage in a full range of building surveying services, focusing on project management and contract administration for a mix of public and private sector clients. Working on education, housing, and retail properties, you will provide expert support across all stages of the project lifecycle.

You will also play an instrumental role in mentoring Graduate and Assistant-level team members, aiding in their development and APC progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver project management and contract administration services for a variety of projects
• Carry out building surveys, prepare reports, and manage client communications effectively
• Guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development and APC progression
• Maintain strong client relationships and engage in business development initiatives to drive growth

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualified (preferred but not essential)
• RICS-accredited degree (essential)
• Proven experience within the public or private sector, with a focus on education, housing, or retail
• Strong business development skills and commercial awareness
• Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills

• Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
• Car allowance: £4,450
