The Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor within this top-tier consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse portfolio of real estate and infrastructure projects across the Southeast, with values ranging from £50m to £400m. You’ll be at the forefront of cost planning, benchmarking, and two-stage tendering, while navigating the complexities of NEC contracts.

The Quantity Surveyor

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Security clearance (British passport holder and residing in the UK for the past 5 years without more than a 6 month break).
• A Quantity Surveying/Construction degree (RICS accredited preferred).
• MRICS ideally or actively working towards chartership.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Experience with two-stage tendering.
• Previous experience within a PQS/Cost Management practice.
