Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy are looking for an aspiring Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Birmingham team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors’ role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the delivery of pre and post contract quantity surveying services across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Working closely with an experienced team, you will assist in cost planning, tender preparation, contract administration, and project reporting.

This role offers hands-on involvement in every stage of the project lifecycle, giving you the opportunity to hone your technical skills and broaden your knowledge.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• 18+ months’ relevant experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
• Actively working towards APC, or at least wanting to start this process
• A proactive and organised approach to work, with a desire to learn and develop
