A dynamic and forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy with a strong pipeline of commercial projects is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Leeds office.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a more client-facing role, gain wider project exposure, and accelerate their path to Senior Quantity Surveyor level.
The Quantity Surveyor will support on a broad range of schemes across industrial (significant upcoming pipeline), office fit-outs, residential and commercial developments, while also gaining exposure to development monitoring, client advisory, and funder-side work.
This is the ideal role for a Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a professional, client-facing environment and is eager to develop their leadership skills. You will also be supported in progressing toward MRICS and taking on increased project ownership.
The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
- MRICS / eager to complete / currently working towards
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
- Eager to build relationships with clients
- Good pre and post contract experience
- A successful track record working on projects from start to finish
