A top-tier Construction Consultancy is seeking a confident and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant central Manchester office. With five offices nationwide and 240+ professionals already on board, this firm has carved out a reputation for delivering high-impact projects across multiple sectors – and they’re just getting started.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be exposed to an exciting and varied project portfolio spanning Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Hotels, Industrial Sheds, Residential, Retail, and Commercial Offices. You’ll be hands-on from day one, working on schemes ranging up to £100m – and you’ll never be stuck on one sector or one type of work.
The Manchester office is on an ambitious growth path – currently 15 strong, and targeting 20 by year-end. It’s a brilliant time to get in early, make your mark, and accelerate your journey to Senior QS.
You’ll also benefit from one of the industry’s best APC support programmes, making this a perfect launchpad for becoming chartered and climbing the career ladder.
The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- MRICS or committed to achieving chartership
- Pre & Post contract experience
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
- Valid UK Driving License
