A thriving and rapidly expanding Cost Management Consultancy are looking for a career-driven Quantity Surveyor to join their Nottingham team.

With three strategically located offices, this well-regarded firm has built a strong reputation across the Midlands.

The Quantity Surveyors’ role

Joining an established team of six Quantity Surveyors, the successful Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a supportive, flexible, and dynamic work environment, with ongoing opportunities for professional growth.

The Quantity Surveyor will contribute to a varied and exciting portfolio of projects spanning multiple sectors, including industrial, commercial offices, education, student accommodation, ecclesiastical, listed buildings, and public sector developments. Project values typically range from £300k to £60m.

With ambitious expansion plans in place, this is a prime opportunity to join a consultancy on an upward trajectory, playing a key role in its continued success while progressing towards a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be able to work autonomously as well as enjoy working within a friendly and team-focused environment.

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• Previous experience within a consultancy environment
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Varied sector experience is preferred
