Quantity Surveyor

A well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy in Leeds is seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The Quantity Surveyors’ role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to contribute to some of the UK’s most prestigious retail and commercial projects, working with renowned blue-chip clients nationwide.

As the new Quantity Surveyor, you will take a leading role in delivering a range of cost management services on high-profile projects. Your responsibilities will include cost planning, procurement, preparing bills of quantities, conducting feasibility studies, contract administration, cost reporting, and acting as Employers’ Agent.

Joining a supportive and collaborative team, the successful Quantity Surveyor will provide expert advice, ensuring each project is completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will demonstrate:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (BSc or MSc preferred)
• Experience across the retail & commercial sectors is beneficial
• UK consultancy experience
• A solid understanding of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
• MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
