A forward-thinking Independent Project and Cost Management Consultancy, located near Green Park, is looking for a client-focused Project Quantity Surveyor to join their progressive and ambitious team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a consultancy celebrated for its modern approach, collaborative culture, and flat management structure. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including Residential, Student Accommodation, Later Living, Life Sciences, Data Centres, Offices, Education, Hotels, Retail, Leisure, and Industrial projects.

With project values reaching up to £200m, you’ll be involved in every stage, from inception to completion, gaining invaluable exposure and working closely with high-profile clients. The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Holds a RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
• Skilled in managing both pre- and post-contract services.
• Proven experience leading projects from start to finish.
• Exposure to one or more of the sectors mentioned above is advantageous.
