Project Quantity Surveyor

An award winning, entrepreneurial Cost Consultancy are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their ever-expanding London office.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Project Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic London office of 86 professionals, located just a 10-minute walk from Farringdon station or 5 minutes from Barbican.

Enjoying hybrid working, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will benefit from an exciting variety of projects, leading schemes from inception to completion across the Residential, Commercial, Workplace/Office, Health & Life Sciences and Education sectors.

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering projects typically up to £20m, whilst supporting the Directors on larger, more complex schemes.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

You will ideally have:

• MRICS or currently working towards
• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally Quantity Surveying)
• Experience of delivering construction projects
• Pre and post contract knowledge
• Any health, commercial, or education project experience would be a bonus
• Team player
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK cost consultancy / PQS firm
