The Role

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you’ll deliver pre- and post-contract cost management services across a variety of projects. This consultancy specialises in high-end residential and hotel developments, with project values ranging from £1m to £70m.

Some of their current headline schemes include:

• A £70m Cat A fit-out project.
• A £20m private school development.
• A £30m residential scheme in Kent.

While their sweet spot is high-end residential projects valued between £5m – £10m, their portfolio offers plenty of variety to keep things fresh and engaging.

You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of your projects while working closely with clients and gaining mentorship from Directors who are invested in your development.

The Ideal Project Quantity Surveyor

• Graduated with a Quantity Surveying (or similar) degree
• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Cost Management / Consultancy background
• Pre and post contract experience
• Well spoken
• Able to adapt to different project sectors
