Overview
A leading residential design & build consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join their friendly team based in London.
The Project Manager’s Role
The successful Project Manager will be overseeing high-end projects across London including home extensions & renovations from up to £800,000.
The day to day responsibilities of the Project Manager would be liaising with clients and monitoring the project from start to finish.
The Project Manager’s Requirements
- Hold a construction / RICS / Project Management related degree
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience managing residential building projects
- MRICS or MAPM qualified (Ideally from a Design & Build background)
- Confident in dealing with people from all backgrounds
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
In Return?
- £40,000 – £50,000
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with 1 additional days holiday for each years’ service to maximum of 30.
