Private Client Lawyer

An established and dynamic firm located in the heart of Marylebone is seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking to advance their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Private Client Lawyer’s Role

The successful Private Client Lawyer will provide expert advice and support to clients, including high-net-worth individuals, on a wide range of private client matters. This will include advising both UK and non-UK individuals on UK tax matters, creating simple and complex Wills, establishing Trusts, and managing complex probates. The Private Client Lawyer will ideally also have experience with cross-border estate planning, although this is not a requirement.

The Private Client Lawyer will be expected to handle technical and varied work, offering a proactive approach to problem-solving and client service. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team on high-profile and complex cases.

The Private Client Lawyer

• Minimum of 2 years’ PQE within a reputable private client team.
• Strong academic background and experience working with a leading firm.
• Expertise in UK tax advice for both UK and non-UK individuals.
• Proven track record in drafting simple and complex Wills and Trusts.
• Experience in handling complex probates.
• Desirable: Experience in cross-border estate planning.
• Highly motivated, with a strong desire to further develop a career in private client law.
