Key Responsibilities

• Assisting senior surveyors in delivering a variety of high-quality projects.
• Gaining hands-on experience across diverse sectors and workstreams.
• Supporting team members in providing expert consultancy services to clients.
• Actively progressing towards APC qualification with full support.

The Ideal Graduate Building Surveyor will have

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or RICS-accredited degree (essential).
• Some prior construction or property experience (advantageous).
• A keen ambition to achieve APC accreditation.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and proactive attitude.
