Fire Surveyor
Overview
A confident Fire Surveyor who is able to work autonomously required to support on projects across the midlands and nationally.
The fire surveyor will support the fire engineering team with on-site inspections of fire safety surveys, such as fire stopping, passive fire, external walls, compartmentation, fire door surveys.
Fire Surveyor Responsibilities
As the fire surveyor you will be required to travel to site and write concise reports of your findings across a variety of sectors.
- Active and passive fire surveys
- External wall surveys / PAS 9980 / EWS1 surveys
- Fire door surveys
- Compartmentation surveys
- Ensuring compliance with British Legislation in line with Approved Document B
- Managing diary
- Liaising with clients
Requirements And Qualifications
- Surveying degree preferable – such as Building Surveying
- Full driving license
- Previous experience in similar role
- AIFSM
- NEBOSH
