A growing and ambitious consultancy is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join their team, covering the North London area.

The Fire Risk Assessor’s Role

As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive fire safety assessments and solutions for a range of properties in North London. Working autonomously, you’ll enjoy managing your own schedule and taking ownership of your projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.
• Identify and implement effective fire safety solutions.
• Prepare and manage detailed fire safety documents, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance and deliver exceptional service.
• Contribute to the consultancy’s growing reputation within the fire safety sector.

The Ideal Fire Risk Assessor Will Have

• At least 1+ years’ experience in fire risk assessment.
• Experience conducting Type 1-4 risk assessments (training provided if necessary).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail and commercial sectors is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude and a desire for career progression.

• Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
