A vibrant and multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy based in London is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Construction Project Manager to join their team.

This role is an exceptional opportunity for a Construction Project Manager eager to make a significant impact in a variety of sectors.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will immediately take on a pivotal role in a residential scheme in London, currently at the final stages of contract negotiation. The role involves managing a range of new-build, refurbishment, and adaptation projects across commercial, residential, hotel, and industrial sectors, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

The Project Management team is keen to welcome a Construction Project Manager who can add significant value and pave the way for progression to Senior or Associate levels in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing diverse construction projects, particularly in the residential sector.
• Efficiently handling projects from post-contract to completion.
• Acting as an Employers Agent when required.

The Construction Project Manager

• Preferably chartered status (RICS, APM, CIOB).
• A BSc/MSc degree in Project Management or Building Surveying.
• Experience in residential projects, ideally from a Consultancy background.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience as a project lead in a post-contract PM/EA role.
• The ability to work effectively as an Employers Agent.
• A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
