The Construction Project Manager Role

In this role, the Construction Project Manager will be deeply involved in various construction sectors, including retail, education, residential, and commercial. The role demands a professional adept at managing all aspects of project development, from initiation to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
• Foster company growth by maintaining and developing both repeat and new client relationships.
• Oversee the design team, focusing on risk and value management.
• Manage a variety of day-to-day administrative responsibilities, ensuring project efficiency and effectiveness.

The Construction Project Manager

• A degree in Construction or Project Management.
• Membership in a relevant professional body (RICS, APM, CIOB or similar) is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a Construction Consultancy setting.
• Ideally, experience working on projects across several construction sectors.
• An entrepreneurial and forward-thinking mindset, capable of bringing innovative solutions to the table.
