Construction Project Manager

A growing construction consultancy in London is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead multiple projects across commercial and residential sectors. This is a key opportunity for a Project Manager to take ownership of project delivery from day one. The successful Project Manager will join a close-knit team delivering complex schemes with a strong reputation for quality and consistency.
The Project Manager’s role
The Project Manager will lead projects from feasibility to completion. You’ll manage client expectations, coordinate design and contractor teams, and ensure delivery to programme, cost and quality benchmarks. Duties include chairing meetings, managing tenders, producing valuations and reports, and administering JCT Design and Build contracts.
You’ll also oversee project compliance, review technical drawings, and act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders.
The Project Manager
- Proven experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy
- Excellent knowledge of JCT Design and Build contracts (2016)
- Degree in Project Management, Construction or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ability to work independently and lead junior staff
- Chartered or on the APC pathway (full support provided)
