Director of CDM

A Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy are a Director of CDM, this will provide you autonomy to manage the operations of the CDM Principal Design & H&S team whilst driving internal processes. The position comes with equity within the business as they are looking for this area to grow and become a well-oiled machine, they have a track record for business development.

The Associate Principal Designer Role

This role will be acting as Principal Designer within CDM. You will have the support of other Principal Designers and CDM Advisors whilst you engage with clients within design meetings and drive internal processes and business development.

The Successful Associate Principal Designer Will Have:

• Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Cert IOSH (minimum), IMaPS membership (minimum).
• CDM experience: At least 7 years of experience in a CDM role (required).
• Architectural or Building Control experience: Architectural or Enginerring degree (Preffered)
