Building Surveyor – Party Wall Specialist in an SME-Style Practice

A multi-disciplinary consultancy with three offices across the Southeast is seeking a Building Surveyor with expertise in party wall services to join their team.

This opportunity is perfect for a general practice Building Surveyor with a passion for party wall matters who thrives in a close-knit and supportive environment.

The Building Surveyor’s Role

As a Building Surveyor, you will work across a diverse range of properties, primarily for public sector clients. You’ll provide the full spectrum of building surveying services, with a strong focus on delivering party wall services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering general practice building surveying services.
  • Focusing on party wall services for a variety of projects.
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

The Ideal Building Surveyor Will Have

  • MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • RICS-accredited degree.
  • Significant party wall experience (essential).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar practice.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.

In Return

  • Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
