The Building Surveyors’ role

In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality surveying services to a diverse client base. Day to day responsibilities will include conducting building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis, and preparing schedules of dilapidations, condition, and planned maintenance.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio, ranging from residential blocks to commercial properties.

The Building Surveyor

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally have a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying.

• MRICS or working towards
• Experience in delivering a range of building surveying services
• Self-motivated and client-focused individual
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
