Associate Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning and forward-thinking construction consultancy is seeking a client-focused and ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyors’ role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will become part of a professional and dynamic team, working across a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects. These include residential, local authority, education, and care home developments, covering both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging from £2m to £30m.

This role offers a varied workload, encompassing Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Employer’s Agent responsibilities. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will oversee projects from inception to completion while leading and mentoring a team.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step into a Director-level role, gaining increased managerial responsibility and playing a key part in the development of the business.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or actively working towards
• Successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
• Experience within a consultancy environment
• A career-driven, team-focused individual, with an interest in managing teams
• Employer’s Agent or Project Management experience is beneficial but not crucial
