Associate Director of CDM

A Multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy is seeking an experienced CDM Consultant to take up an Associate Director position within the company. This consultancy view CDM as one of their key-services, which has been a key part of their success in the last decade. You will report to the Board Director of H&S.

The Associate Director of CDM Role

As Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Principal Designers, providing mentorship and technical delivery to our most trusted clients. This is a client facing role and will include management activities such as invoicing, taking interviews etc.

The Associate Director of CDM Will Have:

• NEBOSH Construction (required)
• Tech IOSH (minimum)
• APS membership (Required)
• Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
