The Associate Building Surveyors’ role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to take on a leadership role, managing projects and mentoring team members while driving business development initiatives.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will oversee the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, retail, and hospitality ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities will include; managing and mentoring a team of surveyors, building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business and leading business development efforts to secure new projects and expand the consultancy’s market presence.

This position offers a pathway to further career progression, underpinned by structured mentorship and professional development opportunities.

• MRICS qualification
• Proven experience in both project and professional services
