A leading independent global construction and property consultancy is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham team.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyors’ role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will become part of a well-established cost management team, working on a diverse range of projects, including leisure, restaurant, commercial, and residential new builds, refurbishments, and acquisitions.
This role provides excellent exposure to all aspects of a project, offering valuable experience and competencies essential for APC progression and achieving MRICS status.
The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work closely with clients, proactively managing project costs from the initial design stages through to completion.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
- Ideally working towards APC
- Pre & post contract experience is beneficial
- Consultancy experience is preferred
- Confident and client-facing individual
