A highly successful construction and property consultancy is seeking a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Liverpool team.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyors’ role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will become part of a dynamic Real Estate team, gaining exposure to a variety of projects across the office, residential, hotel, healthcare, commercial, and education sectors, with values ranging from £2m to £50m.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering both pre and post contract services, including cost planning, feasibility studies, procurement, tender documentation and contract administration.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a structured APC programme, offering clear career progression and comprehensive support towards achieving chartership.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
- Actively working towards APC
- Consultancy experience is preferred
- Pre & post contract experience is beneficial
